Butter
Sugar
Sour Cream
Pumpkin Puree
Egg Yolks
Vanilla Extract
Cake Flour
Cinnamon, Ginger,
& Nutmeg

Combine the wet ingredients, then add in the dry. You'll have a stiff but not dry dough

Flatten it into a disc, then wrap it well and refrigerate for at least 1 hour and up to 24.

Roll the chilled dough out to about 1/2" thick.

Cut out 3" circles, then 1 " circles from the center.

Fry the donuts in 3" of oil heated to 350°, for 2 minutes on each side.

After the donuts have cooled, make a powdered sugar glaze.
